It can be a daunting task choosing artwork, especially when you need to please everyone in your team and committee. In the last ten years our talented graphic designers have produced artwork for over 35,000 pins, and they really know what works well – and makes a sought-after trade.

From the outset we listen carefully to get an accurate idea of what you really need. Our Quick Pins can be with you in just 4 working days. Order by 2pm Monday and receive your pins on Friday!

Some pins, such as Soft Enamel Pins need up to 4 weeks to manufacture as it is a complex production process. Our standard delivery time is 3-days, but if you need your pins in a hurry, let us know and we can arrange for a courier for a small extra charge.

Yes, we have lots of options to help you get the pin you want at a price you can afford. Going for a stock shape rather than a custom cut-out shape is a good way to reduce the price. In simple terms, Offset Printed is best for complex designs and colors, Soft Enamel is best for simple designs and colors and for enhancements and Quick Pins offer a high quality solution when you need pins fast. Simply get in touch using our Request a Quote form or call us on 1-888-998-1746 and we’ll give you a price for your pins. If you’d like to go ahead, we’ll ask you to tell us about your team - colors, mascot, State, age group and so on. From there we’ll produce a high quality custom design, unique to you, with a few different options.

When you and your team are happy with the design, simply approve the proof. We’ll then get your order started. Your custom pins arrive individually wrapped, ready to hand out and trade. Your pins should arrive in perfect condition, as we manufacture to the highest standards of quality and inspect a random sample of pins before they’re shipped to you. However, if you are disappointed in any way, simply call us on 1-888-998-1746 within 7 days and we’ll do everything in our power to put things right.

Yes. Standard 3-day shipping is free on all orders, and for security we use national carriers like Fedex and UPS. There is a small extra charge for rush orders which require a courier.

Depending on the type of pins you order, it could take 2 days to 3 weeks.  The next quickest are the Quick Pins. These take 3 days to produce and 1-3 days for shipping (depending on your urgency). After this we have Offset Printed pins. They take 8-14 days. Lastly our most popular pins, Soft Enamel, take 21 days. These times are from when the order & art work are completed.

• For Cooperstown, pins typically start at 2.0” and go up to 3.0” or more.
• For other Baseball customers, 2.0” is the most common but 1.75” is frequent as well.
• For Hockey, Soccer, Basketball and Softball customers, 1.75” is the most common followed by 2.0” then 1.5”, the larger pins enabling more detail & color options.

Offset Printed Pins are typically our most economical solution for our customers. By printing the details on the metal pin we’re able to save a ton of time and production costs.

We have worked to make the process easy, fast, and pain free from start to finish

• The 1st step is to submit your coin design ideas and details through our website here or by contacting our customer care team.
• We’ll provide you an initial estimate and coin design proof within 24 hours of your submission.
• If needed, we offer free revisions until we get the design exactly how you envisioned it.
• Lastly, once you approve your final proof and complete the final invoice payment we will send your project to production.

• For soft enamel, you will be able to feel the ridges of the metal separating the colors.
• For offset printed, we print directly onto the metal and there is a epoxy dome over the top of the pin.
• For our quick pins, these are the same process and style as offset printed, but these come in standard shapes of a circle or square.

The general rule of thumb is 1 pin for every child at the tournament. However buying less can actually create a supply & demand problem in your kids favor. Knowing the # of teams at your specific tournament, and whether there is a fixed # of kids per team, will help you determine the best # to buy.
